I first met Leah when I shot her senior session a few years ago. I was thrilled when she called about her upcoming wedding. I knew she was a fun, high energy girl and would be a lot of fun to work with again.
The wedding took place at a new venue for me, The Gaia Hotel. The gardens and ponds, with their black and white swans, made for a beautiful, natural setting for the wedding.
The swans were very interested in the wedding couple. One tried to attack Leah's dress while we were setting up the image above. She was a good sport and joined Casey again on the rocks once her brother had shooed the birds away.
Thanks to the new Mr. and Mrs. Barnhart and their family and friends for making me feel not just like a hired photographer, but like a welcome guest as well.
